Q:
Howdy Terry! I know I probably missed this information
on your web page, but I wanted to find out if you have
set up fees, and also if we are allowed to pick up the
books in person?
A: No we don't have any hidden
fees - NO SET-UP FEES... And Yes you can come by
and pick up your books!
Q: How do we pay for the books?
A: We ask for 50% down with
order and the remaining 50% on the day we are ready to
ship - we charge your credit card for the shipping on
the final payment. We accept VISA, MC, & Discover online
(we take AMEX offline)
Q: If I were to choose your company to print the
first run of my book would I still retain all the
reprinting rights? I found attractive price quotes on
your website but I didn't see any information on
copyrights, reprinting etc.?
A: Good Question! Your print
ready files are yours - So if you want to reprint with
another printer you can request the files and we will
return them to you (for the cost of a burning to a CD
and shipping). Copyright remains yours!
Q: Can you provide me with an ISBN number and bar
code?
A: Yes we can - We charge
$85.00 for this service (including placing the bar code
on the cover if you can't do it). Check out
