When dealing with vendors and
consultants, I have often heard the saying:
"Good - fast - cheap -- pick two."
"The Great American Press", however, manages to offer
its customers all three -- in the most professional,
seamless, "world class" manner imaginable... so much so
that it is difficult to find the words to accurately
capture the essence and the nature of The Great American
Press.
In all the years I have worked with vendors/consultants
-- in either a personal or a professional context -- I
have never encountered anyone who was as committed to my
work as I am. More frequently, I have encountered the
attitude that "a lack of planning on your part does not
constitute an emergency on my part". Quite the opposite
is true at The Great American Press. I came to The Great
American Press with an "emergency" on my hands -- not
one that resulted from lack of planning, but an
emergency nonetheless. While other vendors with whom I
spoke took this as an opportunity to propose
exorbitantly high "expediting fees", you treated me in a
fair, honest, and ethical manner. Unlike them, you did
not attempt to exploit the situation. You made yourself
available to me early in the morning, late at night, and
at every time in between -- while other vendors did not
even provide a phone number so that I could speak to a
human being.
You have, in short, earned a customer for life. My
gratitude is boundless -- as is, I hope, the volume of
books that I will be ordering through you.
